【摘要】:Thisdocumentisapplicabletosprayboothsaswellasmultizonesprayboothsfortheapplicationoforganicliquidcoatingmaterials(paints,varnishes....),anddealswithallsignificanthazardsrelevanttosprayboothsormultizonespraybooths,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).Asprayboothisanassemblyofthefollowinglinkedcomponents:forcedventilationbyoneormorefans;dryairfilteringand/orwetairwashingsystems,measuringandcontroldevices,ventilationairheatingsystem,automaticfireextinguishingequipment,warningdevices,electricalapparatus,joinedtogetherwithinoratapartiallyortotallyenclosedstructure(limitedbywalls,calledspace)forthecontrolledprocessingofsprayapplicationoforganicliquidcoatingmaterial.NOTE1SprayboothsareclassifiedinannexG.Thisstandarddescribesmethodsofverificationofsafetymeasures,informationlabelstobeaffixedtothesprayboothandminimumusagerequirementscontainedwithintheoperatorshandbook.Thisstandarddoesnotcover:—sprayingareas(spacesforapplicationoforganicliquidcoatingmaterialswhicharelimitedonlybyonesidewallusedforextractionofexhaustventilation).—combinedsprayboothsaccordingtodefinitiongivenin3.2;NOTE2SeeprEN13355.—thelimitingwallsofsprayboothsiftheyareconstituentpartsofabuildingarenottobeconsideredpartofthemachineryassembly;—theworkroomorbuildingusedforthesprayingoflargesizeitems(example:air-liner);—sprayingequipmentusedinsprayboothswhichiscoveredbyEN1953,EN50050,andEN50176.—Sprayboothswhicharepartofcomplexinstallations.NOTE3complexinstallationsmayincludeadditionalhazards.ThisstandardisnotapplicabletospraybootswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.
