【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribestheconceptsandprinciplesofinformationandcommunicationtechnology(ICT)readinessforbusinesscontinuity,andprovidesaframeworkofmethodsandprocessestoidentifyandspecifyallaspects(suchasperformancecriteria,design,andimplementation)forimprovinganorganization'sICTreadinesstoensurebusinesscontinuity.Itappliestoanyorganization(private,governmental,andnon-governmental,irrespectiveofsize)developingitsICTreadinessforbusinesscontinuity(IRBC)program,andrequiringitsICTservices/infrastructurestobereadytosupportbusinessoperationsintheeventofemergingeventsandincidents,andrelateddisruptions,thatcouldaffectcontinuity(includingsecurity)ofcriticalbusinessfunctions.ItalsoenablesanorganizationtomeasureperformanceparametersthatcorrelatetoitsIRBCinaconsistentandrecognizedmanner.ThescopeofthisInternationalStandardencompassesalleventsandincidents(includingsecurityrelated)thatcouldhaveanimpactonICTinfrastructureandsystems.ItincludesandextendsthepracticesofinformationsecurityincidenthandlingandmanagementandICTreadinessplanningandservices.
