【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofspecificairconditioningequipmentforaircraftgroundsupport,whencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepre-sentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisdocumentisnotdealingwiththehazardsofairconditioningmachineryitself,butwiththeequipmentforthespecificapplicationofsuchmachineryasaircraftgroundsupportequipment.Thisdocumentappliestoalltypesofmoveableairconditioningequipmentwithevaporatorsforcooling,heatingandventilatingtheinteriorofcivilaircraftfromoutside(groundairconditioning).ExamplesseeAnnexA.Italsoappliestoairconditioningunitsandaccessories,e.g.hoses,couplers,mountedonmoveablepartsofpassengerboardingbridgesand/ormoveablepartsoffixedcentralizedaircraftairconditioningequipment,whetherpassengerboardingbridgemountedorrampintegrated.ThisdocumentdoesnotestablishrequirementsfornoiseandvibrationNoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.Thisdocumentisnotdealingwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandthetrafficontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletoairconditioningequipment,whichismanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehi-cles)andEN1915-4.
